Regarding the collection of School Festival Student Contribution

Congratulations on your enrolment. We, the School Festival Executive Committee were looking forward to seeing you all.

We would like to inform you about this year’s School Festival Executive Committee. Please refer to the attached document for the collection amount and method.

Request for Payment of School Festival Student Contribution

Payment Schedule

Members of the School Festival Executive Committee will collect the money in person at the orientation or on other occasions.
The schedule is as follows(The schedule is subject to change. Please check this page for updated information.):

  • College of Humanities: At the orientation on 4/7(15:10～)
  • College of Comparative Culture: At the orientation on 4/8(11:10～, 11:30～, 11:50～)
  • College of Japanese Language and Culture: At the orientation on 4/8(15:30～)
  • College of Social Science: At the orientation on 4/6
  • College of International Studies: At the orientation on 4/6(12:00～)
  • College of Education, College of Psychology, and College of Disability Sciences: We will announce the schedule at a later date.
  • College of Biological Sciences(including 3rd Year Transfer Students): At the orientation on 4/7(16:30～)
  • College of Agro-Biological Resources Sciences: At the orientation on 4/8(10:50～)
  • College of Geoscience: At the orientation on 4/8
  • College of Mathematics(including 3rd Year Transfer Students): At the orientation on 4/8
  • College of Physics(including 3rd Year Transfer Students): At the orientation on 4/8

  • College of Knowledge and Library Sciences (including 3rd Year Transfer Students): At the orientation on 4/8(12:00～)
  • College of Medicine: At the orientation on 4/8(17:00～)
  • College of Nursing: At the orientation on 4/8(14:10～)
  • College of Medical Sciences: At the orientation on 4/9(14:00～)
  • School of Comprehensive Studies: At the orientation on 4/8

Students who are not on the list above, or, students who are unable to pay the contribution at the orientation or on other occasions, please refer to the attached document p.3: “Concerning Students requested to pay the contribution by bank transfer”.

The School Festival Executive Committee requests all students to pay the contribution to ensure the festival is a university-wide event. The contribution is transferred to the income of the School Festival Executive Committee every year and is used to cover the costs of running the festival. This contribution is an important part of the overall management of the festival. In some cases, organizations applying for General Programs(一般企画) or Stage Programs(ステージ企画) of the festival will not be accepted for this year only if any of their members have not paid the contribution.

新入生の皆様、この度はご入学おめでとうございます。学園祭実行委員会一同、皆様のご入学を心待ちにしておりました。

さて、今年度の学園祭学生分担金(以下、学分金)を集金させていただきますのでお知らせいたします。集金金額・集金方法は以下の添付資料をご確認ください。

対面集金の日程

対面集金では学園祭実行委員会がオリエンテーション等の場に直接赴いて集金いたします。日程は以下のとおりです。

上記リストに記載のない学生・対面集金の場で支払うことができなかった学生は、添付資料p.3「振込集金の対象となる学生」を参照ください。

学分金は全学をあげての学園祭を作り上げるために、学実委から本学学生に支払いをお願いしているものです。納められた学分金は1年ごとに学実委の収入に繰り入れられ、学園祭の運営費用として使われます。
学分金は学園祭の運営全般に関わる大事なお金です。場合によっては、学分金未納者が企画構成員となっている企画団体の今年度の参加をお断りします。
